RapidBitez is a cafeteria food ordering platform that enables users to:

• Pre-order meals from corporate cafeterias
• Track order status in real-time
• Collect orders from designated pickup counters
• Skip traditional cafeteria queues

3. User Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the cafeteria
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering
• We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; cafeteria operators reserve the right to cancel orders

5. Order Collection

• Orders must be collected within the specified time window
• Uncollected orders may be disposed of after the pickup window expires
• No refund will be provided for orders not collected within the specified time
• You may be required to show order confirmation for pickup

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

RapidBitez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on RapidBitez are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
